I'm still waiting for the taxi to get done with my deer. Hoping the antler repairs turn out good!

Coke hunter here. I'm out by Sanco, fairly close to you KK. Haven't had feeders running at all this summer, will go next weekend and fill them and get them going. Figured with the amount of rain they had in spring, I would have been wasting corn. Usually I feed year around. Guess we will see how my lazyness plays out!

There are a bunch of cattle in my hunting pasture right now, which will be moved out in September. Yet the dang deer will run in and eat the cubes alongside the cows. Things are so tame, I can bang on the top of the feed truck and they come running. So they did get a little extra.

Coke county here on the other side of Robert lee on wildcat rd. work has been a bear this year so I haven't been out but some of the other guys have been reporting good deer, lots of dove, and quail. Really not seeing any hogs but that may change. Got luck to all this year

We had a ton of blues and bibs last year but my last trip out I was busting a covey every 100-200yds off the road. Big coveys and a lot of young birds. I've seen a lot of great quail properties thru my younger years in the 80-90's. Our place is by far the best quail property I have ever seen. Only problem is that it is very thick and not easily hunted.

Great picture seeing the youngsters getting some work done. Some of my favorite childhood memories were helping out for work weekends

Yep those are even better memories than the hunting itself.
