Offseason once or twice a month, during season, only check if filling feeder or some legitimate purpose to be at the feeder.

The batteries going dead is part of the reason for checking more often. Even thougth I have them hooked up to solar panels.

That and it's only 5 minutes down the road.

I check my cameras about every 8 days and always between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00am. There is less deer activity on my place during that time frame.

I only check cams when I fill feeders, about every 3-4 weeks this time of year. Using the cell cams on the feeders makes it a lot "easier" not physically going there. Used to be I'd be jones'n for pics pretty hard in two weeks this time of year. Lol

Since mine are just on my two pig places, I check 'em every time I re-set the traps, which may be every 3-4 days. Then, I plan my sits around their activity. Once I start up the feeders at my wtd place, it will be every week. I'll fill and start next week if I'm able (knee surgery this week) and trap coons the first two weeks, so will be out more frequently for those two weeks.

I use to check them every Friday. I'm not going to run game cams this year.

Everytime I get a text . I will usually replace SD cards about 1 time per month and change batteries if needed. They are on solar chargers.
