Heat is for cold beer and bikinis.

I pretty much hold out for December and January after everyone else has worn their areas out

Me. No matter how hot it gets pigs and deer still have to move for food and water. I'm not mad, just obsessed

No so much. Tried it once in September (Labor Day) and it was brutal. I would be willing to try again, but probably not for a pig.....

Hunted Friday night with the kiddos and sweated my *** off this afternoon putting up my blind. Tested out the redneck a/c in the new blind and it dropped to 75 inside in 30 minutes so I'm good to slay some pigs later this summer...

I'll hunt no matter how hot it is....as long as it's 80* or under. Nothing is more miserable than sitting in a blind with sweat rolling off of you.

Hmmmmmm, my feeling too. I can work in the heat, I can play in the heat and I can hunt in the heat. And we're the same age

I don't hunt when it is hot, it is usually mid October before I start climbing up trees.

I hunt when I get the opportunity, regardless of conditions.

                            Hunt year round.

Sat last night and had a 100lb ish boar come in, out of corn so he checked it out and then took off. No shot.

Time to stop at Bucees on the way home and get that feeder filled back up.

If I had a local hog place, I would probably hunt in the summer as well.
pretty much sums it up for me. i tend to fish more in the hot months anyway.
