Lol, I here ha! Not sure if I'm just using it too much to allow it to heal or if there is a problem. I used to heal a lot quicker back in the day.

Concrete got me as well. Over 5 years ago. And I'm still dealing with pain.
X-ray, cat or Mri scan which ever it is. They didn't find anything. However I'm still hurting and dealing with it. I use one of those small tinge unit to shock it to death every now and then. It helps a lot.
I wish I could got get the nerve that's causing the pain killed. That would be an option for me at this point.

Update - pain is still here, not as bad but still here. Range of motion has improved a little but not enough to make me happy about it. Still hurts raising my arm and fastening my belt. Today, my right elbow (the one that hit the boat ramp) is swelling and feels like it has fluid in it. I'm about ready to schedule another visit and head to a surgeon. Already written off bow season as I can't draw my bow.

Thanks Charlie, prayers are much appreciated. The way my shoulder keeps bothering me every time I get active I think I'm gonna sit this season out and get this thing taken care of. Campfires and hunting stories for me this year!

You can rest assured it won't be a close up inspection, I'm using the dock this time. We're going with some friends and he has a nice big bay boat we will be cruising the lake in.
