I do. Had the same wife for 33 years now ! Curbside pickup won't cut it though, she gets in under the carport. ( That's where I have to park, she gets to park in the garage )

They give us two large roller bins also.............when the trash bin is full the recycle bin is our overflow most times! LOL!

Forced to do it. It is full every Thursday for pick up. The crappy part is that the normal trash only runs once a week, Mondays and a week of trash is too stinking long to make wait. I wish normal would run twice a week and recycle every other.

Will probably hoard the lead and copper ingots and take the brass, aluminum and tin ones to cash in at the local metal recycling place once the pile got large enough.

We did, but my trash service stopped picking up recyclables...so now evidently, according to post #23, I just pass it on to some chick in China who is using it to build wealth and plan my impending doom.

THE CHINESE BUYS ALL OF THE US TRASH, simply to recycle what we were too lazy to recycle. Then they sell it right back to us in the form of whatever is in your house that says "Made in China"

The second richest woman in the world is a Chinese trash buyer, and she buys all of her trash from the U.S.! Crazy money in it... Especially for recyclers.

That's amazing how our landfill keeps filling with China buying all our trash...

Yep, they sort at facilities here in the US and bury all the crap they don't want, Organics and things like that.

Plus this is not 100% of the trash, but it is a bunch of it!

Nope. Live out in the country. We have a trash man that picks up our bags and takes them to the dump. I have no idea what the dump does with them.

The landfill in B/CS doesn't do any sorting. But then again we aren't a large metropolitan area, I've been there personally and watched the trash trucks pull up one by one and just dump. The bulldozer just wait in line and push it on to the dump.
