I've lived in FW my whole life. Lots of great BBQ joints and there's been a lot of great suggestions here.
My only real thought is that Angelos is to BBQ what Joe T's is to Mexican - someplace to take tourists, but not my first choice for good eatin'.

The one in Brady used to be the same. They bought Lone Star. The old man that owned it was a friend of Terry Wooten's.
