Can you put them on a blitzenberger jig and re-fletch them or are they too small of a diameter? I have to get a stiffer spined arrow, but I want to be able to re-fletch them myself.

I fletch mine with tons of helical an use Arizona mini. For me that's been the best way to fletch the skinny arrows. I use them for both axis and injexion shafts with great results.

I'm not sure how much helical but it's all I want. Does a great job of getting these little vanes to stick. I looked on the ez fletch site and couldn't find an answer. They just said it gave the most helical for the skinny shafts.
Here are what mine look like. It's more helical than I see on most guys arrows although most are buying factory or shop arrows. Seems like those tend to be straight or just a little offset.

Yes you're right. I see big fixed blades with offset all the time. It will work but everything has to be perfect. Every shot had to be executed perfect. I know I'm not perfect lol!!!!
I have always told guys to watch some of the African Bowhunting videos. When they show shots from behind you see lots of crazy arrow flight. I think that's one thing that happens under pressure-torque. I truly believe that most of the penetration problems you see are from funny arrow flight. I think that explains some of these arrow and broadhead breakage issues. I am not a great bow shot but I'm consistent. I want that arrow spinning and stabilizing to make up for my issues.
I started using the old bitzenburger and really like the consistency as far as vane spacing. I used the Ez Fletcher for a long time and they worked good but I would have issues from time to time. Inconsistent spacing that is. I like every arrow to be perfect in every way. That's just me.
I use the Arizona mini fletcher, works great on all shafts sizes.I also like the AVE Max hunter vanes, I think they stabilize better than the Blazers, but either works well.

I've always always shot as much helical as I can put on the arrow. Even all the years I shot 3D I never shot a straight fletch. That's when I shot offset, with a nib, not a broadhead. All my hunting setups get helical. There is no reason not to and more reasons TO! Lol
