Sneaky, dealt with similar for months. Diagnosed with vertigo, got meds...NOT vertigo. Turns out I had severe atrial fibralation. (heart skip) The short story is, I had a procedure done and ended up with a pacemaker. No more issues.

x2 on what was stated in reference to the diabetes. I have diabetes and HBP. The diabetes is tough at times and blurred vision can happen on lows or highs. Best of luck

Dang Sneaky, I was just down the road in Richmond and would have driven you home. I hope everything checks out. Didn't you do some fishing in Saltwater recently? Any cuts or open wounds?

Glad you were able to shut it down before bad things happened. I had a bout with severe vertigo a while back which sounds similar to what you are feeling. It was the most helpless feeling I have ever had. Hope it is nothing serious.

Did you overheat? Hope you get it figured out and treated if necessary. Good luck.

Inner ear maybe ? Once I was driving down the road ( had a head cold ) and needed to blow my nose. When I did, the whole world turned over to my left 90 degrees. It was like I was gonna fall off , pickup and all. Scared the hell out of me. I just held the yellow line, started slowing down, and slowly the world righted itself. My guess is the nose blowing screwed something up in my inner ear. Never happened again, but I can remember it like it was yesterday. Hope you find out what your problem is and get it corrected.

That's crazy, brotha. Glad you were able to get pulled over safely and get a call to someone. Let me know if you need anything. I'm just down the road in Leander during the days thru the week working.
