Y'all fellas sound like y'all are ready. The family and I will hunt here around the area and in the hill country like we have for over 40 years. Dang, that must mean I'm getting older. lol!

Demon horns and lefty in Cherokee Co. Just got an acre mulched, a little late, but taking the tractor down and putting in a patch next month.

Going to try to get a game camera on this 2013 8-point in Smith Co. He was seen last year, but dodging the cameras. Should look real nice. Need to manage the hogs first.

Got invited to my friend's 14k acres in Motley Co. to shoot a mulie and ducks.

Company has a ranch in Shackelford Co. and is picking up a lease in South Texas. Probably won't go unless Motley doesn't pan out.

Kansas for the third year, just picked up another 80 acre piece of property that should hold a good buck or two.

Kansas for 7 days the last week of October, and then still on my same place in Rusk County. This will be my 4th year on this place and my Dad moved back and will be joining me out there as well this year. I really think with the 2 of us covering that place, we are liable to put something nice on the ground this year. I've had 3 seasons to hunt/scout it and I've gotten closer every year. I think this year will be the year. I didn't capitalize on my opportunities last year, so this year I plan to be more aggressive.
