        Blues like live bait. Maybe if there isn't enough live bait for both species, the channels are pushing em out.

                  Odd. As others have said blue cats like forage fish, crawfish etc. that being said, they should Hoover down the catfish pellets you are feeding.

                    That is what we always called a bullhead blue or a smut mouthed blue. Don't see many of them. Big head, skinny azz !
