If it's a little stiff, is that better than a little weak?
A 340 will normally handle a 70# bow, sometime a 400 can handle a 70# bow depending on the power in the cam.
Your DXT with a 322 IBO is a bow I'd place on the more powerful side of things, therefore needing the 340's over the 400's.
BTW, I shoot 340's & 400's out of a 65# bow. The 400's will shoot (at least) down to my 60# bow.
Since I shoot 65 & 61# I have been buying & shooting only 400's.
A friend of mine had a Diamond Gladiator which came with a 328 IBO. He was shooting 70# @ 29 or 30" & his bow would shoot 400's with stingers well. It was when he tried shooting Phantoms that his weak spine showed up. Once he switched to 340's the phantoms flew true with Fp's.
340's are your arrow IMHO. Some even go to the 300's, but I doubt you would need that with 100 gr tips.

Mike D. too.
DaveC, thanks for the info. That's what I was looking for. I do know the PSE arrows go the other direction. 200s are weaker than 300s.
I shoot ACC 360's at 26 1/4 inches (this arrow is a 340 spine at 28 inches)
so think about how stiff this arrow is. 100 grain tip, arrow weighs 388 gr.
I shoot this arrow out of A 63 lb. bow at 280 fps and can shoot b heads and field points to the same POI at 60 yds.
I would rather have the wrong arrow "stiff" than the wrong arrow "weak".
