Could use some Prayers Please!!!!
Sorry for the long read!
Tomorrow I start a new job! Well not exactly a new job but a totally different schedule than what I have worked for the past 6 years! Normally we worked 10 hour shifts and had 3 day wknds every week! Days off were either Tues-Thurs one month and Fri-Sun the next. Now we are going to 5 day work weeks and 2 days off a week.
Some of you may think well that's normal why complain! Once you have 3 day wknds for so long you get used to it! On top of that I run my business on the side. Now being limited to 2 days off really hurts my business and cost me during certain times of the year! I have to say the best part is I get off at 2pm every work day!
2 months I wI'll have Sat-Sun off and every 3rd month Wed-Thur off.
Here is where I am confused and could use some prayers! My wife and I have been praying about my business for the past 3-4 months. Working full time and running the business has really taken me away from God, Church, Wife and my kids! Business has been a blessing over the past 2 years and I had many prayers answered leading me to persue taking it on Full Time and leaving my job before the Holidays! Everything seemed to be coming together great and now all of a sudden the schedule change hits at my other job. The new schedule has me home earlier every day which allows me to work from 2pm-5:30pm on business and spend the rest of the evening with wife and kids. It also allows me to go to church more on Sundays 2 months out of 3. All of these things were partial reason for leaving in the first place!
Main reason is the negativity, lying, 
stealing, backstabbing, lazy coworkers which has an effect on all! Now I get to add another day in this environment! Don't get me wrong the employer is A+ and I enjoy working for them!
TBH has been a blessing for me and my family! I've witnessed the power of prayer and God at work many times here! If you will please say a prayer for mt family as we try and make this transition in our lives.
