I can. CC people keep it hidden where the general public doesn't have to wonder about the sanity or intention of the guy with the gun. I know a couple of people with CHLs that scare me. I don't think it's any less of a percentage of stupid, just perception and natural concern.

I just know too many people who will be uneasy with seeing it out in public. Those folks will complain to business owners and more signs will go up. More places will put up rules about persons carrying entering their businesses. It's kind of like farting in public. Everyone has to let one every now and then but nobody wants to just rip one and let everyone know who done it. That guy doesn't get invited back to the next game watching party.
