Below are pictures of my "Nerds" First is my Daughter who at 20 years old is graduating in 3 weeks with a degree in Science she did a 4 year degree in 22 months. And she is a straight up killer, hunting and shooting are her things, when she is not designing video games or movie animation because it is a computer science degree.
Next is my 23 year old son who is in college for an engineering degree and has regular online game tournaments and both go to the comic-con things and both would be considered by many of the cool kids as nerds, but my son is also a State champion Power lifter and would rather be offshore fishing than anything.
So be careful of these "Nerd" comments because most people end up calling them "Boss". I am very proud of both of them and the group of friends the share, but just because they like Video Games and Super Hero Movies does not make them any less of an outdoorsman than you, and lets face it the weather isn't always great outside, hell even I play a little call of duty and I have put down more trophy class animals with a Bow than most will ever see.
So go easy on the "Nerd, Geek" stuff we all have our own interest when we are not in a stand or a boat.
