Bacon, Bacon, Bacon!

We can't find smoked bacon here in Norway, so after seeing Strummer's bacon thread I decided to make my own.

Had to go to Sweden to get the pork belly, not only is it about half the cost as Norway, they have better meats.



This is the best bacon we've ever had and it was super easy to make, will definitely be making more.
