I'm pretty sure I see spider in those marks. Keep an eye on them and head to ER if they grow bigger or start to burn /itch.

Keep a close eye out and reference any change at all by a trip to a doctor...especially on a kiddo.
Never heard of black spot poison ivy but just looked it up. Holy hell!!! Hope I never run into that! Looks like the worse part is yet to come! Poor kiddo!
Doesn't look like any kind of bite. Some look like scratches scabbed over and some looked like she's been poked with a thorn or something and then scabbed over.
Have never seen a bite like that. Or any bite that turns black and spotted.
Maybe she just needs a better soap.
My first thought, have they tried washing it? Second thought after reading entire thread is to expand my internet PHD and look up "black spot poison ivy".
Looks like BSPI is a possibility, good news is, it's really no different from regular poison ivy.
