What kind of bug bites are these?

Friend texted me today and she is a city girl.... Guess she went playing in the woods.
What is these bugs? Chiggers or Redbugs?

Those dont look like any chigger bites ive seen. In fact that dont look like any bite ive seen. No clue as to what it was. Does it itch ?

7 yr. old went out with her grandpa and went walking through the woods at Brazos Bend State park.
