I honestly try to do it. I know exactly what you are saying. I don't know why I can't do it 100% of the time. I have done it a couple of times, when my son was around, but I really wanted to let loose

I match voice level...then get told to quit raising my voice. Then I go silent and am told I could at least talk. "You are talking enough for both of us and the neighbors don't agree with you either" is not an acceptable way to jump back into the conversation.
