Sent in a pair last year that were "discontinued" for the rubber parts on the temples. They called to inform they could not fix them and to pick a new style. Went to BPS found what I liked and called Costa. They sent me a new pair for the 15 dollar shop fee.

These were frames I bought off steep and cheap for 50% off. I think Im ahead in the costa dept ; )

Had the same exact thing happen. Lens cracked while in the hard case sitting in my truck. A buddy had a pair do it also.

Same thing, but I remembered it being more than $75. I didn't send them in, I just bought Kaenons and moved on. Super happy with the Kaenons.

I'll consider myself lucky to not have cracked lenses after leaving them in my truck. I'll make sure to bring those inside from now on.

Well I got an email back from them today. Looks like they are charging $25 for a new frame. My only guess is that I ended up getting someone who considered them to fall under wear and tear. The glasses are 6 years old and I've never sent them in before.

I am also thinking that I should have submitted them under worn nose pad instead of stretched frames. Maybe the nose pad would have fallen under the lifetime warranty.

I don't understand the broken frames and lenses and expecting them replaced for free. I don't think that falls under the defects in materials and craftsmanship section. But neither does the scratches lenses and they buff them out nice.

$25 for new is not bad in my book for somebody who stretched out their frames in 6 years of use.

I've sent mine in once for the rubber coming off and will do so in the next week or so again. Mine are about 5 years old. Paid like $15 the 1st time and fully expect to do the same this time.

No doubt. I'll be happy to have a new frames for $25.

I was even tempted to get new lenses for an addition $90.

Have a pair of fantails that I've had for a couple years and they are great. Bought another pair just like it with blue lenses and the delaminated after two months. Took them back to the store and they replaced them. Second pair there was a gap that just developed under the lens and they started fitting crooked. Took them back as well. Ended up with a pair of salt life's new glasses. So far no problems and I like the zeiss lenses

Bout to send a pair in for the rubber coming off around the eye. Corbins I believe. Gonna see how they do on customer service. From what I hear they are great

They should replace those corbina for about $12. I have sent some in with the exact same issue.

I sent in a pair of Brines that are ~7 years old. They fell off my cap at the Devils River earlier this month and perfectly hit lens to rock. Spidered the lens. I sent it in about 10 days ago and stated in the description what happened. Got an email yesterday stating that it would cost me $12. Looks like they are covering the cracked lens under warranty! I was blown away. I was fully prepared to pay for the full cost to replace the lens. This experience simply reaffirms that buying a pair of Costa's is one of the best purchases I've ever made.

Sent in a pair of cat cays that were 2 weeks old and the frames were sliding off my head. 3 weeks later they got back to me that the hinges were stretched out. Charged me 79.99 plus the 12 for warranty and said the hinges were not covered under warranty.

I've shipped 2 of my pairs for warranty repair. Paid the $6-7 shipping and each time I received a brand new pair in a couple weeks.

Going on 3 weeks since I shipped mine off for repair and haven't heard a word from them yet. Hopefully soon bc my other pairs aren't quite as good and fishing season is here
