Trinidad Scorpion pepper sauce is very hot, probably the hottest that I have had. I also have one called Da Bomb that you can only use a couple of drops. They both come with warnings. Ghost pepper salsa is hot also. However, I have not had the opportunity to try a sauce made with the newest world's hottest pepper, that is grown in South Carolina. It is called the Carolina Reaper and scores over 1.5 million on the Scoville scale. I collect hot sauce and salsa, so a want to give it a try.
