A buddy gave me a bottle of ghost pepper hot sauce one time. Seriously, one drop of that stuff would heat up a bowl of chilli or beans.

Did you get that in McKinney? There is some salsa at McKinney Trade Days, Harlows I think. They have some really good hot salsa varieties. In the air conditioned building.

I've had some ghost chili salsa and greatly enjoyed it. Not at all hot compared to some of the extreme pepper sauces. I tried Dave's Insanity sauce once.. nuff said.

There is a guy at trade days that has dehydrated salsa
Run through blender with diced tomatoes, it really wasn't bad.
