Whats In Your Bug Out Bag

Really need to put one together.

What bag would you recommend, duffle or backpack?
    What's in yours?

I'm stalking you this morning Henry lol. I was telling my wife last night that I need one. I work 60 miles from home and after reading "Going Home" realize I would have my hands full trying to get home. Curious what the GS recommends.
    - MRE's
    - Hiking boots
    - Protein bars
    - 9mm ammo for my new XDS!
    - thermacell, thermacell, thermacell
    - Advil
    - Jerky
    - Matches
    - Streamlight
    - Hydro pack
