    Leveling kit

Anybody install their own? Looking for one for my ram 1500 q/c 4wd. Looking at a rough country right now.

I think it's not to bad of install. Don't forget to have alignment done after install.

I think you will mess up a perfectly good truck the way it is. If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Pretty easy to do. I've installed my own on every truck I've had plus several friends trucks. Matter fact getting ready to put a level kit on my buddies 13 Ram next week.

Front takes about an hour. Rear takes about ten minutes.

I'd put the bilstein 5100 shocks on and be done with it

Not too tough to do on most vehicles. I've put on a few. What truck is this going to go on?

I agree with the Bilstein adjustable shocks posted above. I would have them on my truck if they made them for it when I went to do my leveling.

I was looking at a 2.5" kit. Is that about right for my truck?

Never done a Ram but I don't think they're tough to do at all. That 2.5'' will look good on yours. I've seen a few Rams with that kit on them. Way on down the road you may experience some extra ball joint and control arm wear. None of these trucks like getting set up that tall on stock parts. But, that's a bridge I'd cross when i got there. They just look too good with them to not do it.

Not sure without doing some research but generally 2" levels out a truck, just depends. Worst case you'll have to put a small block in the rear. If I were you I would look at what others are putting on their trucks (same year) to get it level without messing with rear blocks or lift.
