      As for a conservation easement, those are wonderful and are contracts in perpetuity. No matter who owns the land and if it is sold ten times, that land can not be developed.

Heading out Friday morning to go grab a few more things and get a turkey hunt in.
        Aw man Hazy Hills. It broke my heart when I saw the subdivision approval pending sign on the gate. What a nice place.
