How much should a well cost?

Around here it's 5k the first 100ft. Then just gradually climbs per 50ft after that. At the depth you say I'd say they are pricing you about the same as they would here

My parents had a well drilled a couple years ago. $20/ft with a 200ft minimum. $4k turnkey up to 200ft. I think it was a 4" casing

760 feet here, had to go with steel casing and aluminum screen, 40K, ouch.
