121 is a big growth area right now and I assume the OP is concerned that a power line in the wrong place on the land will destroy its marketability to potential commercial buyers.

They will put it there no matter what you think are want if its a main line you out of luck they might be nice and offer you something but electrical lines are not like cell towers . They don't have to pay anything because its a must.
