Got this quote off the old interwebs in relation to Hardy signing with the boys..."I mean why not if the guy from the Cowboys can drink to the point of double the legal limit, then get in a car with a teammate and go 100+mph and end up killing him, then hangout on the sidelines, not get cut by the Cowboys, and possibly still be on the team in the future, then all I’ve got to say is: Nothing in this league shocks me anymore. Period."

Plus Romo's contract isnt going down and hopefully Dez will be under contract.

Am I looking at that wrong?

I thought I was hearing single year deal?

Understood. We don't watch football for people's morals. We watch to see big dudes that have to be aggressive on the field for their job run into each other chasing an odd shaped ball. Some are going to be aggressive off the field. If he's learned from the situation to control his temper I say give him another chance.

That Josh Brent situation is way worse I'll agree there.

So, with this signing you reckon the Cowboys go defensive secondary with the 1st round draft pick and then RB in the 2nd round?

                  That'd be my plan.

If I were you, I would stop watching football on TV completely. Probably the news too. Way to stressful to try and find answers to "why" people do what they do in this world.

Nice pickup from a Football perspective. Huge actually.... If he fs up, let the law deal with him.

Yes it is. But the incentives will go towards next years CAP I assume? Maybe someone can clarify. Because lets say he hits $11.3 mil this year. We will be way over the cap because we have under $6 mil left before this signing

I would like to see that. And another D-Lineman in the 3rd.

I see now. Didn't realize that. So, they'll have to restructure someone then?

                            Yes but who?

Romo won't help because it will cause major problems in 2-3 years

Probably depends who's still on the board. There is a chance they could still go D-line

I hear they've been negotiating with Carr to redo his deal, so they may free up some money there......I hope they don't redo Romo again.
