I'm a bit confused. Was he proven guilty or not? If not, then what is the argument about again. It don't matter if you thought it was a catch like the rest of us cuz it was ruled otherwise. Ya smell where im sittin? (know what I mean?) Sign him up!
Did any of you guys actually look into this and read official documents regarding this case?
A judge saying they don't believe your story, you are guilty isn't even close to right to me. Especially when the woman accusing you admits to being drunk and high on cocaine when the incident happened. Anyone ever look into who placed the original call? Anyone read the transcript of the 911 tape where the woman is chasing him around the table trying to hit him with a stiletto and breaking glass in his home? A lot of weird stuff for it to be so cut and dry like everyone makes it out to be. Must be a case of blind faith in the media I am seeing here or something.

On June 15, 2014, Hardy was convicted of assaulting his partner Nicole Holder.[14] According to Holder, “On May 13, 2014, Greg Hardy attacked me in his apartment. Hardy picked me up and threw me into the tile tub area in his bathroom. I have bruises from head to toe, including my head, neck, back, shoulders arms, legs, elbow and feet. Hardy pulled me from the tub by my hair, screaming at me that he was going to kill me, break my arms and other threats that I completely believe. He draged me across the bathroom and out into the bedroom. Hardy choked me with both hands around my throat while I was lying on the floor. Hardy picked me up over his head and threw me onto a couch covered in assault rifles and/or shotguns. I landed on those weapons. Hardy bragged that all of those assault rifles were loaded. Landing on those weapons bruised [my] neck and back. Hardy screamed for his “administrative assistant” (Sammy Curtis) to come into the room and hold me down. Curtis came into the room, grabbed me from behind and held me down. Hardy and Curtis then took me into the living room area. I wasn’t nearly strong or fast enough to escape. I begged them to let me go & I wouldn’t tell anyone what he did. They took me out into the hall, pushed me down & went back inside his apartment. I crawled to the elevator and ran into CMPD (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department) Hardy exercised his right under North Carolina law to appeal the conviction.[15] After playing Week 1, Hardy was deactivated Week 2 against the Detroit Lions.[16] On September 17, 2014 Hardy agreed to be placed on the exempt list. He continued to draw a salary of $13.1 million in spite of being ineligible to play in NFL games or practice with the Panthers.[17] The charges against Hardy were dismissed on February 9, 2015 after the accuser failed to show for court

He was proven guilty because the judge didn't believe his story. Not really based on fact IMO. He has appealed and requested a trial by jury.

I posted right after you. I did think it was odd that his personal assistant would help him rather than her. Maybe she really was bat sht crazy

How much fact do you need, he beat her ***, then called 911 to make her look crazy. I read the case, he claims that she attacked him with a shoe and broke glass (after she was thrown through it). He "is going to" appeal the case to appear innocent as this will help his contract negotiations, any good agent would advise their client to do this in this situation. After he signs his contract, he won't appeal the case or will drop the appeal if it's in process, GUARANTEE IT!

I'd like to see someone throw a person through a window while on a 911 call. You can hear the glass breaking on that call. If that's the case he is one strong person. No wonder they call him the kraken.
Also, let me make sure I've got this right. So, after the "victim" didn't call 911 the "perpetrator" called 911 to make himself look credible? Something isn't adding up here. I can throw myself through a glass window and say someone else did it. Doesn't make it true. None of this is to mention the woman's sobriety level of 0. I don't trust drunk and high people. They make up all sorts of stories and do really irrational stuff.
