Awesome School, wouldn't have picked a different one to attend. Graduated in 11' with a BS in Business, and a Minor in Economics. Awesome traditions, good people, and just an overall awesome experience. Some of the best times that I can remember.... Also fished the first year that the fishing team started and fished all 4 years, helped pay for my school. still going strong and ranked in the top 25 collegiate fishing schools in the nation!

Sadly, that exists for every school out there. Just look up Confessions of (insert any school) and you'll find them on Facebook, etc.

good school good people and bad people there just like anywhere. If he is looking that way also look at Angelo state and look in to the Carr scholorship. Both good schools and for your $ they cant be beat. I went to angelo and a&m in the last 5 years so if you want an honest big school vs small school comparison pm me....

I went to Tarleton '87-'91 before transferring to A&M. I planned to stay 2 years and stretched it out to 3. No regrets.

Let me add that one nice thing about Stephenville back then (and maybe it's the same for all small college towns) is that a college kid could always find a free meal. You could eat lunch with the Baptists one day, the Methodists the next, etc etc. Church folks loved to feed college kids.

                    Mean Gene,
My wife works in Stephenville. Nice town.
Not sure about particulars of the school and the degree and what it offers versus the prgms at other universities.

High frequency of ghost trailers per capita......

I should be on campus for the first time in May. I'm graduating from Tarleton's Graduate school. I did most of my classes online or at the Fort Worth Campus. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.
