150k always kept up with oil changes wasn't hard on it found out today engine is shot.

Dang that stinks!! My 06 has 200k and I'm hoping to get 300k on it. Just bought a 2010 that I'm hoping to get at least 300k on.

The had to replace my engine for the second time at 72,000 miles. After that second time, no more. I left the Chevy house and went straight to Ford house and bought a new truck.

Why hell I've seen just as many fords bite the dust as Chevys. I've had a 08 and now a 11 Chevy both 5.3 engines and not a lick of trouble. Theres bad ones in them all.
