IF the tv you experience this on is using the wifi tivo box (little box you put in bedrooms that doesnt require the coax cable plugged into it for TV reception)...then its still the wifi data of your master unit.
IF the tv you experience this on is the master unit (the one with the coax plugged in.. then its a problem with that unit or your coax to your house (or the line to the demarc (or whatever the cable company called the up-route termination for your area)

I actually work for Suddenlink Media in College Station on the Ad Sales side. I have got in touch with the "head honcho" for field support in Lubbock and told him about your issues as well as sent him a link to this thread. He has asked me to get your contact info so he can look into it. If you can please email your Name on the Acct / Service Address and a valid call back number and I will pass it on to him. You can email me at thomas.luhn@suddenlink.com
Hope this helps and I'm sorry you are having these issues.

Ok so found it and ran a trace route. Timed out at second hop and only had 9 hops. Ran it again while it was down. And then ran it a 3rd time after it kicked back on again.

Also the tech was out today and was here when it kicked out at 1:30. He his like the other guys and doesn't have a clue what the heck is going on but it is something up stream from me and he is getting the maintenance guys out here to look at it again. But this time I have his name and number and he is going to have me text him ever time it kicks out so they can get problem documented and he is going to keep me in the loop unlike the other guys. What he and I both are not understanding is that he is getting a great signal and everything is running like a champ and then it just instantly switches off and his diagnostic tests are failing on him. Going to give this guy a chance since he actually seems to care but will see what happens over next few days.

It just kicked back on at 2:19 and it is now running 3 green a yellow and a green.

It is through the main box. Tech guy explained only reason I am getting tv is because it doesn't have to send a signal back just receive one or something like that.

That helps . Sounds like an external force like At The Wall was speaking of. I had a problem one time where the telecom equipment was close to the elevator motor room and everytime that thing kicked on it caused an outage to the Electronic PBX in the room next to it. They may have the DSLAM equipment too close to a motor or motor controller unit. I would bet it's a RF or electromagnetic interference too close to the DSLAM equipment causing it. I doubt it's the cables because most DSLAM equipment has fiber connected to it and that isn't affected by RF or EMI.

If they have already replaced your modem,,,then my bet is it is a repeater somewhere down the line between you and the hub that is flaking out.

westtexducks - You should have an email from the Plant Manager from Lubbock. He said he just tried to call you.

I did receive the email and responded. I resent my phone number to him which is four three 2 two zero 8 one four 6 five. Not sure why I didn't receive the phone call but mine never rang and not showing a missed call.
