One thing to take into consideration about Naked Whiz is the age of the reviews. Most are around 10 years old.

I use the Royal Oak and have had great success with it in my BGE.

Okay, I'm just going by what I have seen with my own eyes.

I purchased my KJ at Costco and it came with 2 bags of lump. I am getting low and will have to find more, I know one can get it at some specialty BBQ stores. I have heard the same about Ace too.

I've always used B&B as that's what I was taught with by a well known champion cooker. I haven't used anything else, but if he tells me it's the best, that's all I needed to know. Available at Academy.

It's true. It's the exact same product. My FIL owns the company

I've tried several brands. I've had the best results with Royal Oak.

One thing I wish someone had told me before I learned the hard way about lump charcoal.

No matter what brand. Never pour it directly from the bag into the grill. Take the time to pick all the small chips and trash out of it before it goes into the grill. It always works better without small chips and trash clogging up airflow in the grill.

I have 5 bags of Royal Oak and the flavor is horrible after using a better brand. I'm going back to strictly using the BGE lump. I've experimented with several brands and the family has complained about either the smell or taste of the food since not using the BGE Lump. I can cook dinner and ask them what wood I used and it's a unanimous decesion and they have been right 100% of the time. Good quality lump makes a night and day difference!!! I learned this the hard way but a neat lesson none the less...
