        Drooling is a sign of nausea, is he prone to eating things (toys, bones, raw hides, underware..)? if he has a foreign body that could make him drool and lethargic. Poison can also cause those symptoms but they should have seen changes in his blood work. Have them do a radiograph of his stomach.

        He always trying to kill frogs and lizards and pretty muxh anything small like that. Never thought about him possibly eating a frog.
