Well he has a infection in his pancreas. Ans is having a problem digesting fats amd has a lot of gas build up. He got him another antibiotic shot and some stonger antibiotics. Those breeds are funny even when he was miserable and in pain he kept bringing me sticks to throw him haha

Drooling is a sign of nausea, is he prone to eating things (toys, bones, raw hides, underware..)? if he has a foreign body that could make him drool and lethargic. Poison can also cause those symptoms but they should have seen changes in his blood work. Have them do a radiograph of his stomach.
Does he like to lick frogs?
