So far, trap has been triggered two nights, and two does have been caught and released unharmed thankfully. Baited with corn and kool aid, cage trap with trip wire in the back, cage is brushed in burlap hanging over the door.

Nothing fancy, it's supposed to be a root/push door but it's too heavy so I tied a rope to it and some pvc at the end. I have a couple pieces of rebar that I hook the pvc under and poor corn under it. When they root around to get the corn they knock the pvc our and the door drops.

Bought trap here and made door frame/mount/trigger mechanism. She's a beaut, Clark.

I wish I could find panels like that so I can move locations without paying an arm and a leg!

I get tired of hammering in T posts and tying wire to connect my hog panels then taking them all out.

Waiting for the ground to dry a little to get my trap into the area I'm wanting to set it at.

A lot of hogs will climb over the top. Need a solar electric fence for a hot wire to knock them back in the trap when they try to escape.
