I guess I should get out and adjust my mirrors 4-5 times per week when I hook up or drop trailers. Sure would hate to have other people thinking ill of me because of how I have my truck set up..
No kiddin. I keep my mirrors up because it is a pain in the rear to switch them every time I hook up or drop off my trailer / camper / bbq pit.... Its sad that all these poor souls on here judge people by how they keep THEIR mirrors on THEIR trucks.

Do yall leave your receiver hitch in your truck, or do you take it out every time you unhook from a trailer? Do you remove your removable 5th wheel hitch every time? Do you flip over your turnover gooseneck hitch every time?

No, not all the time you don't. It is the same principle for dodge drivers and their mirrors.

And besides that, its just a friggin truck... GET OVER IT.

On the hitch nuts, I sure wish someone would carry a cordless cutoff wheel and castrate those trucks when found! I can't imagine all the parents having to try and explain what that is hanging off the hitch of the truck in front of them to their young kids! What's next? A big $%$$ in the place of the antenna or tail pipe? Some people have some major size issues with parts of their anatomy!

So you don't have to get it out to hook them up or drop them off?
What kind of trailers are these?
Is there some kind of upgrade I can add to my current trailers to be able to do this?
          What about the lights?

The 10 ton rig shackles hanging off the hitch are another one.

X2. I put in the neighborhood of 60k miles on my truck and around 3/4 of those with a trailer. To much of a PITA to change them because someone else doesn't like them.

i guarantee youll see em all day long between austin and johnson city... the best is when they dont even have a ball in the reciever hitch. btw im a proud owner of an 04 w 390,000 miles and towing mirrors that get used only when towing. cracks me up.

I guess I am in the minority on this. I don't give a rat's *** what someone does with their own vehicle.
