        Sure, there is probably a lease license requirement but i have been on the same lease since 1989 and never had one and also never seen a GM.

        on 80 ac i'd just make sure you and the land owner on on the same pg as far as use is concerned and forget about the rest of the "requirements"

          Another thing you could do is offer to pay to have the fences done where you can run some of your cattle on it instead of paying to lease and the landowner still gets to keep the acreage under Ag exempt. Take your cows off just before hunting season. It's a win win for everybody and you won't need to worry about a lease license.
