I didn't even want a dog. I did not like or own them growing up. Now my wife and I have 3, they sleep with us, live all over our house, and we wrap them Christmas presents! I love it though.

Ours is a mixed breed we adopted from the shelter as a pup. Best we can tell she is part Gordon Setter and part who-knows-what.

Mine are outside...but their doghouse is a 2 room condo, entry hallway leads to the bedroom. There is also a heating mat on the floor, 2 dogs, 2 exact houses, but they sleep in the same house. Weims, 85# and 65#.

Ive never been around one that was calm. They've all been caged up bird dogs. Ive always wanted to get a GSP pup and see if it would be a little more calm if it was trained.
