    That looks incredible.

But what is RB and Dales? I'm drawing a blank on both of those.

I'm lost on all those abbreviations.

I'd like to take some rabbits off my place and try, but afraid that there's not enough around to repopulate fast enough with the amount of coyote pressure we have. Need to fix that.

Butterfly them. Season like a steak and cook on the grill. Pull the meat off the bones. I love it this way.

                  Ah. Thank you.

I need to order some of this magical seasoning I'm always reading about on here.

Rabbit and dumplings stew are my favorite. I do that for rabbit and squirrel.

I quarter it up, flour it, brown it and then stew it for an hour or so. For dumplings, I learned a trick from a fella who takes flour torillas, packs em with extra flour, cuts em up and throws them in the pot.

I have been known to kill a squirrel for lunch out in the feild. For those, I just salt/pepper and grill. Love me some limb chicken.

                          An easy recipe:

                          Ingredients:
2 rabbits (backstraps and hind legs)
                          2 eggs
                          2 cups of milk
                          2 cups flour
                          salt and pepper to taste
                          Voodoo Seasoning to taste
                          2 cups Cottonseed Cooking Oil

Mix the eggs and milk in one bowl. Soak rabbit backstrap and legs in the milk/egg mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper and Voodoo seasoning.
Dip the rabbit in the flour mixture.
Heat the oil to a medium heat.
Place dipped rabbit in the oil and cook until a golden brown, turning once.
