Deer didn't move for us today. We put a stalk on the javis but Mo misjudged and used the wrong pin. Other than that we were blanked, as were the girls in a bow blind.
Time for a cold drink, a warm fire and some hot wings!

Thanks guys! There are fifteen of us (and four dogs) here tonight. It's a little cramped inside with the rain, but we're a close family!

Mo decided at the last minute that she didn't want to fight the rain and cold this morning. I debated it, myself, but was already up and dressed. However, it left me scrambling to gather my gear - bow, camera tree arm - so I could transition to the hunter's chair. I'm a little behind schedule, but I'm all set up at Killin Tree.Comment
