I have a Makita nibler that really cuts R panel the best . Cuts little 1/4 moon shape pieces . Fast & you can cut any angel you want .

Turn blade around backwards or buy a metal cutting blade for your circular saw,either way its gonna be LOUD

Best way to cut is with the Swenson Shears. But that's like $1400.

Dewalt makes a cordless metal cutting saw that works great. Put up lots of tin with one of them. If not that then a nibbler of some sort.
