I use a abrasive wheel, like a chop saw blade, in my circular saw. Not much different than cutting wood with a wood blade in the same saw.

That will burn them if they are painted. Nibblers is the proper tool for this job. Faster and quitter than a saw and leaves a safer edge that you won't cut your fingers off with.

Bull Snips cut them like butter. If you have little girl hands use a saw or nibbler.

More quiet, yes. Faster, not even close.

With the ridges double cuts across the ridges metabo or cut off wheel in the grinder. Nibblers are good but will get a straighter cut with the cut off wheel. But keep a set of red and green snips with you for notching

Yep ive cut tons of it with an old blade turned backwards...works great but really loud.

This is what I do I prefer the red handled pair but I'm left handed green mite be better but they are pretty cheap. I can't stand the saw blade turned backwards. To loud not a clean cut

                        Grinder with a cut-off wheel.

Been in this Buisness for over 30 years. Have nibblers, electric shears, etc. Can probably use snips better than most anyone on here.

How thick is the material? If it's less than say 18 guage you could use these. Cheap, quiet, and cut very nice.

One or three sheets I use a nibbler.
More than that the backward blade on circular saw.

Nibblers. Mine are by Fein and it is the best way I have found.
