Have you seen a noticeable improvement during the 3 years? Everything I have read says it takes at least 3 years for any protien to work.

We were feeding MAXRAX 4 years before this so all can tell you is the deer have gotten a little better but again we were feeding protein 4 years prior. the deer definitely have not declined.

We feed January through October and we average about 2500 to 3000 LBS a month. This a 1000 ranch.

We feed lots of their 16% protein and it has worked well for us. We are 5 years in on this ranch and it has really improved our deer.

I feed their 20% dec-may and their 16% jun-nov. Its cheaper than most proteins with minerals and its on the way for me.

Shoot... 90% of the time in Texas there isn't much natural forage. I went back by there and they were closed. Guess I'll have to wait till the next fill up. However I did try something newish. I bought West Feeds 20% Deer Pellets. $10.90 a bag. I'll take a pic of the label after while.

Two different kinds of feeds being talked about the behrends is out if luchenbauch and the West Feeds 20% is out of west.
