Cabelas 12" & 15" vacuum sealer...Questions/opinions.

I have a Cabelas 15 and may goto a commercial= having a hard time dropping $1k on one though

i thought the 15" was the commercial grade. Headed to Chap tomorrow. Maybe I'll get a couple to run through the vacuum sealer.

I bought a Weston 2300 last year and absolutely love it. I went through several of the food savers before I gave up and spent the money for a good one.
I got mine at " Harvest Essentials " on line. They had the best price around on the machines and the bags. I didn't know anything Weston building them for Cabelas. I just looked and the price at Harvest essentials on the SS 2300 pro is 379.00
I'd go with the bigger machine also. You can always use smaller bags if needed, but it's nice to have the capability to use big bags too.
