If you take the time to let it sit for a couple years it’s great. Fresh (year of release) it’s okay at best. I like to pick them up and hold them for 3-4 years

Let's get this thread going again.

Parish Ghost in the Machine is one of the best hazy double ipas I've had. Citrusy and tropical notes. Parish is from Broussard, LA. It's not disturbed around my area (Beaumont) but it made it to Houston. [ATTACH]965889[/ATTACH]

Hard to get. This was all they had left. The barrel aged was sold out. This pic was actually from last fall.

I have to buy a bunch to be able to do it. At the store it’s always the plan but if I don’t get at least 6, by the time i get home I’ve talked myself in to drinking whatever I picked up. If I get a handful of them I can hide 3-

The grocery stores usually sell out. I have a go to liquor store that always has it on the shelf. Pricey but worth it

I found 2. Well my wife's uncle works for a distributor and he held one for me, and the other I found just sitting on the shelf at HEB in college station. Had to snatch it up.

Specs had a limit of 2. Would have to get back in line.
