Too late to set up new feeder?

Not too late at all, but I would do hand corn and a trail camera instead of a feeder.

I would set up a feeder and hand corn. I wouldn't worry too much about a camera, just make sure when you hunt you watch the wind direction. Brush in a couple blinds so you have options for north or south wind.

Not too late I fixing to set one up but to get the hogs that are tearing up my oat patches. The army worms wiped out first planting, then hogs in one field eating up seed, and now rain washing out rest of fields....biggest gambler around is a farmer betting against mother nature you will loose every time....Andy

I would just hand corn the heck out of it. The mature bucks on my place totally avoid feeders once the rifle season starts. But they hit hand corn all the time.

I would also dump a bag or 1/2 bag of corn out too. Just to entice the deer to stick around.

I put in a new set 2 weeks ago and shot a buck 5 days later. New feeder and blind. Did have some does snort at the blind. I also set up on 50 acres that had never been hunted if that helps. So I would do it quick.
