Best thing about the old Chevys(before the hoods locked), if you were locked out you could pop the hood take the keeper off the master cylinder open the vent and you were in.

My old 77 F150. No a/c. And that dang floor vent that somebody would just kick open for the heck of it. Fill the cab and eyes with dirt, leaves, small twigs. It's a wonder nobody got any eye injuries. LOL

My everyday ride is a '92 F-250, I love my wing winders! I also got that fancy conditioned air AND them electric big winders too

I do miss the kick panel vents from my '71 C-10, though

Had a 59 GMC with directional 2/60 air(vent windows), pumpemharder brake package, Armstrong power steering, drive 1, drive 2 and drive 3 all on the column with the activator button by the left foot,and the latest hum it in your head sound system. Man I still miss that truck
