Had a similar situation, only the smell in mine was not at all pleasant. Vinegar in a spray bottle soaking the seats several times and a bowl left in the truck over the weekend with windows cracked was the only thing that would touch the smell.

Thats why you dont pick up chics at the truck stop!

I had the lid of a quart of brake fluid come off in the seat next to me, soaking my camouflage clothes and the bench seat of an old Dodge crew cab ranch truck. I washed the camo clothes about 5-6 times with Scent killer with just a small reduction of the odor. I was about ready to trash them when I tried 1 more washing with the clothing wash made by UV killer. The smell was gone when they came out of the washing machine. I was impressed!
