The text in large red font above is a major reason for the GSW injuries -- not including LEOs. Guns aren't toys-they are tools, and not to be "played with".

And, as others have posted, he's run a bunch of chemicals through his system over the years and I'd bet his judgement and coordination have been diminished. Of course, anyone who does the drugs has serious judgement deficit anyway.
