Sad part is how much the meat from 140 deer could help the not so fortunate!

Seen a guy go to cut the throat on a spine shot doe. She whooped his arse with them front hooves!

I agree with Team Roper. If that's the issue why allow hunting at all?

1 or 2 people making decisions for the majority who would prefer otherwise. NOT democracy.

The commissioner said they had not made up their minds...BS political speak.

A completely healthy deer might attack somebody too. The odds of someone getting attacked by a rut-crazed buck in a neighborhood that is over-populated with deer are higher than somebody getting attacked by a wounded deer in a neighborhood that allows bow hunting to keep the herd numbers down.

Somebody needs to get that commissioner a tall glass of common sense.

You guys need to get bow hunting legalized there - and soon. 72 deer too many last year....140 too many this year....300 too many next year??? Better thin that herd now....for the children!

My subdivision is also way over populated - but probably has to many out of state tree huggers to ever get it to pass.

I hunt on my place in Wimberley and had that happen to me. Deer ran over to my Libturd lady that lives next door and died in her driveway
. Blood all over the place. I changed out of my camo and walked over to remove my buck. Well as I was about to grab the deer she opened the door. I just told her the this deer got hit by a car and I was going to get it out of her yard. She believed me Ha!
