Agreed, I have 5 yeti coolers and would buy them again.
120, two 65, a 50 and a 20
My first was the 120. picked up a pig I had processed in Taylor.
From there went to Willow City to pick up 3 deer.
Between the two stops I filled the 120 yeti and two 100 Igloo.
It was all wrapped and frozen, no ice..
Headed to the lease in Paint Rock from there with all three in the bed of the truck and back to the metro mess the next afternoon. 36 hours by the time I made it home to the freezer.
What sold me was when I opened the yeti everything was still frozen solid just as when I packed them.
The meat in the igloos did not fare as well. Frost had melted and paper was wet. Had to rewrap over half of the pork.
It was mid June and the high was around 90.
From there on I started adding to the collection each year.
Not for everyone but perfect for me..
Long lease trips, used the 120 to hold ice for when I needed it.
Both 65 for quartered deer,a 50 for beer and the 20 for the back of the mule.
I do know you can run over the roadie with a mule and not break a single beer bottle.
